I met Maria Allen at Brighton Fashion Week when I visited her stand, and I was very excited by what I saw. When I first started chatting with her, I thought she must be the designer's assistant because she was so young. Not at all - the work is all hers. The pieces are affordable, wearable, and quirky, like the necklace that says 'Oui' on one side and 'Non' on the other. Sweet!
